"This company truly cares about student living. Rent is super cheap for the space you get and utilities are only about $35-60 a month per person. The Cottages (any of them) are all in decent locations and very roomy. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any issues. If something serious comes about, Jennifer actively works with you to get everything sorted out and help in any way possible. I have lived in many places around Tallahassee and this by far has been the best and most helpful leasing agency. I recommend all of my friends to give this place a shot. If I could redo the last four years I would have lived here throughout all four of them. Absolutely great prices, people, and spaces."
